Unbelievably, terrible!!!! I wouldn't complain if this was the first time this has happened but 3x and that's it!!! Yes, I have been early to my appointments and today I watched 3 people, yes 3, that had arrived after me get called back into a room. When I finally went to the receptionist, I found out she hadn't checked me in. The first time I sat in a room for nearly an HOUR before I told them I had to go. It's not gotten any better.
