Initial appointment with Dr Jacobowitz for a wellness evaluation. I thanked him for his prior assistance regarding a referral my Insurance requires for surgery. Very helpful. Rated my visit high because of the communication we had, good responses to my questions and health, and very thorough. Updated meds and finally discussed a plan for my future health needs such as vaccinations, medication and procedures. Thank you Steve
