I’ve been going to Dr. Ham’s office for over 15 years, so this review is definitely long overdue! The office manager, Kim, is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and extremely professional. She always goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed and taken care of. Scam - buyer beware. Charges for unnecessary items. In my case charged me for a “premium” exam when it was a standard exam. Still fighting to get my money back after almost 2 years. Stay away.
