Dr. Gladstone is the kind of doctor everyone should have. I've lived in many major cities in the U.S. (Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago) and they were filled with top-rate hospitals and fancy medical practices. What they lacked was personal attention to their patients; truly listening and diagnosing patient ailments; and respecting the patients time.
