I was very pleased with my the office staff and Dr. Oloyo.
HORRIBLE DR. Long wait times with appt (over an 1 and a half) this “DR” does not listen to you, he cuts you off, is not empathetic, and has horrible bedside manner. I waited an hr an a half just to have less than 5 minute interaction with him. They did not listen to my health concerns. The nerve of him after my visit, when he gave me a laminated card to review his horrible facility!!! BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE they’re are fake reviews on his South TX MD associates google page.
If you are seeking a physician that will take time with you, hear your health concerns, and not want to bill your insurance for unnecessary procedures, Dr. Oloyo is not for you. This was the most uncomfortable doctor visit I have ever encountered. The nurse is extremely overwhelming and after Dr. Oloyo sees you (maybe 7 minutes) afterwards you are sent to many different rooms for again, unnecessary procedures. Dr. Oloyo is a highly knowledgable, compassionate doctor who listens to me and gets to the bottom of my medical issues, no stone unturned. I feel safe and intelligently, correctly advised in all matters. Referrals to specialists and for outside radiological scan needs are well chosen and timely; results are always followed up on. I feel blessed that Dr. Oloyo is an internal medicine specialist - as I age, I know my metabloism is changing and that the wellness of all organs and systems must be monitored.
