I read Joe's comments. I laughed. I also was a patient of his. I also saw him drink coke, heard his fart and smoke. I felt the same way. But Sammy was indeed a "bull" inside the OR. He is in charge and you feel safe with him at the helm. I had a kidney stone was and he yelled at me for not getting a ct scan sooner like he suggested....he operated in Mulhenberg at night, scary, but he always came through - I would trust him again

Dr. Chen is a peice or work mind you....I have seen him smoke ciggs and drink Coke Cola and heard him fart in his hallway. That was a bit of as downer. The wife works there is keep an eye on the money. Okay, he is a bit cranky. However, he is a good, solid doctor, He has helped me several times and is in control of the OR. He explains things and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him and not worry about whether you can google his office (which is easy to find) or what magazines he has in the waiting room. Office is in serious need of an upgrade. Bleak and somewhat dirty. A sign in the bathroom has at least two misspellings. Staff is unhelpful and seem indifferent. Doctor overbooks patients which causes long waits. Wating room is small and stuffy. Doctor had to keep asking my history on multiple visits and nearly prescibed the wrong medication thank goodness for the pharmacy. Bedside manner was non-existent.
