Had an appointment today with Dr. Black about a possible root canal and I just can’t say enough about how kind thorough patient and caring he is! He’s funny he’s welcoming and I just have never had a dentist or in this case endodontist that has ever been as kind and makes you feel so safe and like you are the only one who matters. Upon finally finding this office …I was insulted….your advertisement was really opposite of my experience…the office staff had no empathy. I was exhausted in and out of Old Forest Rd traffic. The woman checking patients in was an apparent racist…never making eye contact she was very cocky and cold she spoke to me bitterly that I had only two choices because I was late.The two choices were spoken in anger…I will never pay for this kind of treatment.My recommendation would be to follow up on who is in charge of your health car... read more
I have had 2 previous root canals a few years ago. A painful traumatic experience. I recently fell and injured four teeth. Had root canals for all on the same day. No pain. Even the anesthetic did not hurt. I highly recommend Dr Black and his staff. Nice. Professional and no pain!!!!
