Your phone system is TERIBLE, it actually SUCKS and STINKS to high Heavens. Over the past week I have called 5 times to leave an important message for Dr. Amen or to have my call returned and NOTHING happens. Either no one answers after I have used every option made available to me or I'm being transferred to another extension where again there is no answer
Dr. Smith is a very knowledgeable and professional provider. I appreciate his direct approach and communication style. He gives confidence that I am dealing with a physician who absolutely knows what he is doing and why and is able to communicate that information to me in a simple and understandable manner. The staff also is extremely knowledgeable and professional while also conveying that they understand what patient CARE is all about.
