Had an excellent visit with Jamie about getting new frames and she was fixed my old broken frames beautifully. 2 yrs later: I've been having mixed experiences lately and would be happy to supply details.
I had a mixed experience with this place. This was my first time going to this location, since I usually go to the one in Claremont. This office is super hard to find with no parking which is unfortunate. I really wish I could give them more stars because Amanda was truly amazing and the lady that measured my eyes was also great. Amanda was super nice and made me feel comfortable the entire process; you could really tell she had been doing this for awhile and that she liked her job. I’ve been going to Dr. Sam’s in Hanover for years. This is such a great practice, the staff is always helpful and kind, and Dr. Sam is wonderful. Highly recommend!
