Spent at tops 15 minutes with me. More time on medication effects than on my mental health. More time on the weather than my mental health. Clearly incapable of exploring difficult issues.
This rating is about the Drs receptionist who clearly has no idea how to speak to someone living with severe anxiety. My partner called to make an appointment today and was berated for missing a previous appointment. This beratement sent him into a full on panic attack and has since put him in bed for the day. Scolding an adult is bad enough but to talk to someone with anxiety like that. . . As a mental health practicioner, this office should know better.
Dr. Neerukonda, is a very great Dr. he takes his time to listen to you(i) and makes you feel comfortable, always makes sure the solution is resolved before you leave his office. He isn't watching the clock like some Dr.'s his focus is on you(i) and making the patient leave better than they came.
