Dr. Kautz is very well informed and kind. I am very satisfied with my evaluation, and how she explained my results from her testing she ran with me. It was pretty pricey since she didn't have my insurance, but I'm still satisfied regardless.
I had referral to Janna Kautz for my son’s evaluation. I called them in June and they said they would schedule him an appointment in July. In July I called them back and they said they didn’t have my son’s referral and they would have to look for the referral. Of course they didn’t call me back so next week when I called them they said they found the referral but now we would have to wait until August for the evaluation.
