I have asked several times to have the suspicious lump removed out of my left breast. They keep sending me for mammograms, the radiologist at radiology regional doesn’t get the correct orders, they have me going every 6mo for mammogram that the radiologist states it appears benign. I have a history of cancer and wanted the lump removed! They could biopsy it once it’s out for confirmation ! Completely negligent and uncommunicative. My mother has been under Dr. Sandadi’s care. A while back she got a scan, the results of which came back inconclusive. He told her they’d consult another provider and let her know what they find. Meanwhile she’s been experiencing pain and hasn’t felt well. She’s been calling trying to get results or even just a status update for over a month now and has yet to get a call back from Dr. Sandadi with any news. I personally love Dr Sandadi but his front office staff is another story. I called for an Rx for diagnostic Mammo. Was told that I needed a referral from my GP. I have a PPO. No referrals needed. OR I could come in as a new patient and start over, then get the referral. WHAT? I have been a patient of Dr Sandadi for several years. He is an excellent doctor, caring and had a great bedside manner. He was very thorough in explaining my cancer and the options for treatment. Would highly recommend him! His staff has been supportive and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Sandadi!!!
Difficult to get an appointment, difficult to get a biopsy, never got results. Glad I went to Miami Cancer Institute, but delays impacted my health.
