I became a Physician to make a difference in the lives of my patients. To treat them with respect and dignity as I would expect members of my family would be treated in their own care.

She gave me the wrong medication n made my infection worse for 5 weeks
This doctor does not listen. I've been seeing her for awhile. When you address your concerns about your health. She interrupts and says there's medicine for everything. She make assumptions about your health and get very defensive when you ask for referrals to a specialist. Poor doctor/patient relationship. Do not recommend this Dr or office at all.
I feel she doesn't truly listen and after a few tests when I asked her what to do next she prescribed a painkiller and "wait" despite still not knowing what's going wrong. She has a theory about my health issuer, but she had two other theories that tests proved to be incorrect so why do we stop here? So I changed to a new doctor and implore others to seek help elsewhere. I'm sure she's a very nice person, she didn't seem callous or malicious, but as my doctor I was simply not convinced she was listening or trying to help me ... read more
Worst provider
I had two visits, one for chronic health problems that I needed answers to, and one for a reoccurring cough and a dull pain in my breast. The first one: she was dismissive about my chronic health issue to begin with (psoriasis and IBD), but agreed to do some bloodwork which she never followed back up on. The second visit, she refused to refer me for a mammogram and insisted that I had asthma (despite there being no medical history) and prescribed me an inhaler and steroids. But, she didn’t even tell me she prescribed steroid... read more
Never - the doctor told my granddaughter that she did not know what was causing here pain. Handed her a list of OBGYNs and did zero testing. She did not follow up with Tricare - as my granddaughter is the daughter of an active duty soldier and how dare her treat this military family with such disregard
Cold, doesn't know what she's talking about, makes innapprperiate comments. I can't count the number of times she called a patient "old" in her "diagnosis. Medical school flunkie this chick is. No bedside manners & no brains, not a good combo for a "dr". Doesn't answer questions nor spends enough time with you. Doesn't explain anything. You'd die under her care. Literally go to anyone else.
My experience when seeing the Doctor with elevated Blood pressure was totally positive. She listened to my input, was sensitive to my hearing issues and all in all I will be seeing her again. No problems whatsoever.
I have been seeing Dr Jahangiri for the last two years. The staff have always been welcoming and professional. The facility has always been clean. The only time I have ever had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen was when I arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment, which was my error. Even so, I was seen within 20 minutes of my arrival. She has always been very caring and open with me about possible causes of my health issues and we discuss all the options dealing with them.
Dr. Samira Jahangiri has a 3.8 star rating with 34 reviews.
Dr. Samira Jahangiri is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
