Dr Jafari and her entire team are wonderful! So knowledgeable and very patient. So many of our BrainVive families have seen her over the years and we hear the same satisfaction every time! Thankful for this place.
BILLING FRAUD. They collude with insurance companies to have the patients pay upfront and not reimbursed. They first lied to me and told me they filed the claim, but after a month's of waiting, I was informed by my insurance that they didn't receive any claim from them; They deliberately put in the wrong procedure code (to have me not eligible by 1 digit) and the wrong date of service (to have me miss my coverage by 1 day) to have me not be eligible to cover. Dr. Jafari is an excellent Dentist. I moved to Cumming, GA and her practice is just a tad too far to keep going, but I did get my old metal fillings replaced with ceramic fillings with Dr. Jafari. My new Dentist was very impressed with her work and said the fillings were perfect. TY Dr. Jafari!
My daughter at 12 weeks old had to get her tongue tie and buccal ties released, and Dr. Jafari was great. After doing a lot of research and speaking with several lactation consultants, I chose this place and am so happy with them. I was having a hard time with it, and Dr. Jafari really helped ease my mind. I requested that they use a numbing solution and they did. She was still able to nurse right away after the procedure. My daughter was uncomfortable for the day and night, but it didn't seem to bother her after 24 hours, u... read more
