My 77 year old mother was referred to Dr. Patel approximately 6 months ago for chronic lower back & leg pain and he has been an absolute godsend. I don't understand why he or is staff are poorly reviewed. I have taken my mom to several pain mgmt physicians prior to deciding on Dr. Patel and he was the most thorough and thoughtful with his diagnosis and suggestions of treatment options. Wonderful caring professional
My doctor's office send a referral to Dr Patel on July 5th it is now August 7th I have not received a phone call from the office staff to schedule my appointment. I called to verify if they got the referral which it was received and now I'm making an appointment. The appointment is not available till the end of the month. The new patient paperwork I was told I can print it out or I could go to the office and pick it up No courtesy to have it mailed to me.
