I called so many time ( almost 2years) for a follow up so my kids can have an appointment with Dr.Khoury. The Secretary is rude and keeps cutting me off when I try to talk and her tone of voice was not professional at all, it's like I was calling a prison. Anyway not even while I was trying to ask her how I can get an appointment with the doctor she hanged up on me. Tried to call back no answer. I'm still in shock.

Both Dr. Khoury and his receptionist should be working nowhere near children, they are terrible people with no abilities to deal with kids. they kept telling my son to shut up. when he was moving abit too much for his liking, dr khoury yanked on his arm and told him to keep quiet. to top it all, it is the nastiest, filthiest clinic you could imagine... i have seen food carts in india that have better health standard than this place avoid at all cost, i will be making an official complaint, i hope this clinic closes

Suite a notre dernière visite la secrétaire nous a demandé d'enlever nos souliers sans aucun alternative la terre est jele il n'a même pas de tapis après une heure d'attente il a refusé de nous voir car nous avons dû garder nos souliers et il a fait passer le patient suivant PS:ce jour là y avait ni neige ni pluie il fait froid mais il y a du soleil ☀️ Bref il traite les gens comme des animaux

Very competent Pediatrician, he does his job well and he takes his time with his patients.
