90 minutes d'attente pour un rv le matin... allez à l'urgence de Ste-Justine tant qu'à vous retrouver dans cette clinique à l'aspect minable et avec un pédiatre aux gestes brusques qui manipule les enfants comme des poupées de chiffon et ne leur dit pas un mot, pas même bonjour.
I called so many time ( almost 2years) for a follow up so my kids can have an appointment with Dr.Khoury. The Secretary is rude and keeps cutting me off when I try to talk and her tone of voice was not professional at all, it's like I was calling a prison. Anyway not even while I was trying to ask her how I can get an appointment with the doctor she hanged up on me. Tried to call back no answer. I'm still in shock.
