I will give my recommendation gladly for anyone to be a patient of Dr. Yassa. The staff is friendly, they are on time, and the doctor is complete with explanations and outcomes for you. I was extremely satisfied and glad I found him.
Dr. Yassa is the golden standard of what healthcare should be. From the moment you walk in, his office staff is friendly, patient, and incredibly efficient. Dr. Yassa himself is exceptionally thorough and detailed. He doesn't hesitate to contact other specialists or collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure you receive the exact care you need. There truly aren't enough words to express the level of dedication you will find here. He is one of a kind, and every patient deserves this standard of care.
The worst front desk experience I have ever had. Joy was rude, belittling, and disrespectful. I called this place bc of the reviews of the doctors excited to get good care but after talking to this lady - I don’t want to be surrounded by that awful energy if I were to walk in and I don’t know how that office functions with her handling even the phone lines with her attitude. Very disappointed.
