Dr. Chhaya was an outside radiologist brought in to inject contrast for my hip MRI and also inject a corticosteroid cocktail. The components of the cocktail were prepared individually by an assistant, but Dr. Chhaya explained to the assistant that the hip joint can only accommodate a certain volume of fluids. Dr. Chhaya therefore mixed the drugs so that the combined amount to be injected was within the volume that the joint would accept.
