Great doctor and nice nurses but they Never answer or return any calls. And Impossible to get ahold of them without going to the office. But I highly recommend to get your baby’s blood work done here they are great at it. My baby struggled to do it at the ER but they did it in like less then 5 minutes.

I now see why your establishment has a terrible review, after booking a time sensitive appointment for my new born, you cancelled the appointment and shifted it to a later date without any reason.

July 8th Update: We have told your office that we will no longer be attending to your facility for our son’s checkups. Yet we are still receiving your emails AND your NO SHOW FEE emails. All equipments were returned to you as well. This place should be inspected and shut down. First visit, we spent over 2 hours with a newborn in the basement and realizing we only see the doctor for 10-15 minutes and he was in a rush to go…Asked them if they’ve overbooked their appointments and they said no. The extended waiting period has been unsatisfactory. My scheduled appointment was for 10:40. I was directed to a room at 10:20, where I waited for one hour and forty minutes for a nurse to address inquiries that had already been thoroughly covered prior to the appointment. Subsequently, I have been waiting an additional forty minutes since the nurse's departure, and the physician has yet to arrive.
