Dont waste your time here. In the past 3 years, only once Pediatrician saw our child and all other appointments were done by RN. Even with the appointment, we have to wait 3 to 4 hours and finally the appointment doesnt go well at all. Nothing beneficial you get out of these. They have no idea why the follow ups were booked and keep asking same questions every appointment.
Disappointed today believe these charges are completely unnecessary and unfair. Appointments are being booked, but when we attend the appointment online, no one attends or responds.We have screenshots as proof, and we have also called multiple times, but no one answers or follows up. I had a great experience at Dr. Samim’s clinic with my children. Dr. Samim was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to their needs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We received excellent care and felt well looked after. I highly recommend Dr. Samim and his team!
I have been visiting this clinic for my daughter. In the last 2 years, I have seen physicians only twice and otherwise my appointments are always with RN. The wait times have always been 2 to 3 hours. But if you can get an appt early in the day, wait times are a bit less. Most often times, I have felt I wasted my time waiting there for hours.
