I’ve been very disappointed with the long waiting times and lack of communication. It is virtually impossible to reach the receptionist by phone. The online portal is also ineffective; there is no practical way to send messages or receive responses. While high demand can be understandable, the current system feels like it is intentionally designed in a way that forces patients to come in person to the front desk to get any answers — and even that only works if you are lucky enough to get a response. Dr could be good, but making patient wait for 2 hours to see dr in this busy life with kid even after booking appointment is pathatic. They should improve regardless its first or second visit. Not give slot but told only start time for new patient visit.
As a veterinarian practicing in a fast-paced environment, I understand the chaos of a clinic and the challenge of managing anxious clients. Because of this professional empathy, I repeatedly gave this clinic the benefit of the doubt despite constant red flags. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. Would never recommend this place. Unprofessional and not at all responsible. The staff there does not follow or do whatever is required and charges us. I have been charged no show fees though I informed them that I won't be available in this country and they confirmed they will cancel the appointment. They did not cancel it later and I have been charged for that which they are not agreeing on waiving. It was not my fault at all but still they don't care.
