I was so hopeful that this was going to be a good experience for us. The initial visit was great. The doctor seemed to genuinely care and outlined an excellent plan. We left feeling like someone FINALLY CARED and took the time to talk to HER about what was going on. On intake we had to share our consult room which meant my daughter’s health history was openly discussed with 2 families next bed over hearing everything. It was noisy and distracting. This will be my first one star review for anyone. I feel like I failed my babies by registering them to this clinic in the first place. From leaving us in the basement with my less than one year old baby for hourssssss in December when it’s crazy cold with no heater put on and repetitive complaints made to the front desk about it! I was literally shivering and had to wrap my baby in her blanket to keep her warm. Waited 2 hrs, was yelled at infront of my son, very unprofessional diagnosing. All these complaints same as all the other reviews here. Don’t go to this guy
The staff was kind and welcoming, Michelle the nurse was very kind, patient and helpful. Dr Samim was very knowledgeable and took a thorough look into our kid’s medical history and symptoms. He was very caring. The wait hours are long ,but not in vein, the time they give to each patient explains the long waiting time, which is worth it. So please be patient because they are providing good healthcare. Thank you
