The consultation felt quite generalized, without a detailed review of my baby’s current feeding pattern, sleep, or overall intake before suggesting changes. My baby is healthy and feeding well, so I expected a more individualized assessment. More tailored guidance based on the baby’s actual routine would have been more appropriate.
This place should be inspected and shut down. First visit, we spent over 2 hours with a newborn in the basement and realizing we only see the doctor for 10-15 minutes and he was in a rush to go…Asked them if they’ve overbooked their appointments and they said no. Follow up by the second and third appointment, the doctor never came into the room. We were given instructions and opinions by their so called “nurse practitioner” that probably isn’t licensed. Only got to see the doctor for 15 minutes on our first appointment and we’ve never seen him again. Nurses are nice but they don’t know what they’re talking about. They couldn’t answer my questions and had to go back and forth to get answers from the doctor or whoever that was no where to be seen, leaving us shocked and speechless in the room. If you have a family doctor, let your child see them; if not, go to a walk in clinic. I wanted to give it a try despite the bad reviews, and guess what, they are not lying….
I am super impressed with Dr Samim and his team they listen to our concerns and want to cover everything not just focus on one and they fully want to find the solution not just throw meds at my child and hope something works, have only been with them for a few weeks but already am absolutely happy
