Called this morning because my boyfriend is a patient there. Or should I say was a patient there. I called because the nurse was submitting a prescription incorrectly and insurance kept denying it. Apparently they didn't appreciate my tone of frustration with them and kicked my boyfriend out of the practice. Especially since the error was on them. Proceed with caution. Should I add we have been dealing with them and this prescription for two months. Extremely unprofessional on their part
