The absolute worst hold times when calling this location it’s been 20 mins and no one has still answered the phone
Very honest about my medical condition. Even when everyone was wearing masks, I could tell when he was smiling (his eyes sparkled).
Got to the office at 12:15 for a 12:30 pm appointment. Waited for 1.5 hours and at 2pm asked the receptionist what is going on and they said they’re not sure and my chart is still waiting to be opened. Did not take my situation seriously as I constantly asked multiple times when I will be taken in. Only come here if you have time to waste.
