Got to the office at 12:15 for a 12:30 pm appointment. Waited for 1.5 hours and at 2pm asked the receptionist what is going on and they said they’re not sure and my chart is still waiting to be opened. Did not take my situation seriously as I constantly asked multiple times when I will be taken in. Only come here if you have time to waste.
Scheduled an appointment for in office iron infusion. Made sure my ins was accepted and the service was done here. When my appointment happened I was taken to the lab where 6 viles were taken. I asked what they were and why it was done before my appointment she said it is the way the doctor works . Went to a room, the doctor came in for 5 min said he would get approval from my ins and to call in 2days to make the appointment. I called back and was told still it needed approval. Terrible staff, every single one of them is dumber than the other. God bless who ever decides to visit this so called doctors office. Trash.
I DONT KNOW HOW HE BECOME A DOCTOR HE ALMOST KILD MY ANCLE BY GIVING HIM WRONG MADICEN AND MORE ETC.
