I hard a lot of good things about dr Shenouda from my friends. I came to the clinic yesterday and I did have a little issue with one of the staff but dr Shenouda call me and apologize about it and he take care of it . I really appreciate the way dr Shenouda handled it. I feel it is a blessing to have him as my PCP

I’d give no stars if I could Worse office. Assistant don’t know what they are doing. Don’t get no notes right. I been going back and forth with them about my case. I been going to them since January to try to figure out why I am getting hives and they took about 2-3 months to get me my referral after I had to keep calling and bugging for the referral apart from that one of there referral wasn’t even right so they had the office they referred me to email them to get me the right referral for them to still get it wrong and tel... read more
