I dislocated my thumb and it took a month to get in. He ordered an X-ray and MRI. They gave me a brace that’s way too big and surprise $600! MRI results remain secret because you have to pay for another office visit to receive further instructions. I have not received any follow-up care so I have no idea what to do. After several emails and phone calls I’m still out $1600 for absolutely nothing. Thanks, Dr. Lohda! I didn't even get to see Sameer because he went home early. Nobody called me to let me know. Due to an accident, I showed up 7 minutes late to my appointment. Their late policy is 15 minutes and I had already checked-in online. As a fellow provider, I would never do that to a patient without so much as a phone call. Needless to say, I will be seeing another provider. I've seen other providers at Panorama for a previous injury that required surgery and they were all stellar.
Dr Lodha is the best surgeon. He fixed my wrist as if I haven’t fractured it and bones were floating. I also like to thank all of his staff, they are so friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr Lodha to my families and friends without any hesitation. I’m back to almost normal without any deficits. I really appreciated for all that you do for your patients. Thank you very much.
