After 3 or 4 experiences with her and her office staff, I would recommend trying another resource. There is a lack of listening and valuing what you know about yourself and your body.
Dr. Hinds -Campa has been my doctor for at least 15 years and I couldn't be more satisfied. She is always friendly and very professional when I see her. I have no complaints about her or her staff at all and will recommend her to anyone.
Doctor Hinds-Campa is a great doctor. She listens carefully and asks questions. The problem is some units in her staff. The lady that receives you is always in a bitter mood and the one who should give you the referral does not want to give you the paper at that moment. She always gives you an excuse about why she cannot do it at that moment. You ask her to send the referral by email and she claims she cannot. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hinds Campa for 10 years, I have been very satisfied with her service and she has been very accommodating to my needs. However, her office manager is incompetent. I’ve had more than one encounter where she has been inconsiderate, rude and downright incompetent. She absolutely cannot think outside the box, to meet the needs of patients. Dr. Hinds-Campa has been my primary care physician for about 10 years and she knows everything about me. She's brilliant and compassionate and she feels like family. I recommend her to anyone looking for these qualities in their doctor. She's the best.
