To become a patient at this office, I was told two weeks ago that my medical records had to be sent in first to be reviewed then they would get back with me. I was told by the front office that it shouldn’t take that long to review my records before being allowed to make an appointment. I followed up for the 3rd time today and was told that it would be another two weeks before my medical records would be reviewed because several doctors offices in E-City had closed recently so they’ve had major intake of new patients.
