Registration is a nightmare, front desk had no idea how to get your consent forms if you don’t have your phone. They stated that everything’s electronic consent. Couldn’t even login to their iPad to fill out the registration forms due to the Internet so horrible Come to think of it, had a similar issue a year ago. Will not go back to this place.
