Beware of Dr. Hasan. She is rude and unempathetic, and I had an incredibly distressing experience with her that negatively affected my well-being for a long time. Our son was a stillbirth at 34 weeks and the following pregnancy was a miscarriage. I was in a very bad place and my therapist had recommended seeing a psychiatrist to get some meds to help control my depression and anxiety. I am surprised to see such mixed reviews because I have really really enjoyed working with Dr. Hasan. She is attentive, thorough, and passionate about helping her patients. She has made the process of finding a medication that fits my needs as painless as it can be and has taken her time to walk me through each step and possible side effect. Highly recommend:)
This woman should not be practicing psychiatry, or any medicine really. She was cruel and cold when my family member went to see her for severe depression and suicidal ideation. This is the last person you should go see if you’re experiencing a mental health crisis.
She has been very helpful and has allowed me to move in the right directions for my mental wellbeing
