Tried to schedule an appointment for my mom and the front desk(or whoever is answering the phone) was not helpful whatsoever. She continuously kept referring to an old address on file that we haven’t used in over 25 years and said her insurance was inactive. (It is NOT inactive) I don’t understand why it was such a struggle to update her address and add in her new insurance information. In the end she told us to just go somewhere else. It should never be this complicated to schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional.
Wonderful, kind care. All staff very professional and efficient. Handled my glau coma with real concern and care.
