Sam Elfassy is a great doctor who is compassionate and understanding. Did Colonscopy awake and it was breeze hardly any pain.
This doctor’s reputation is going down the drain because of his unprofessional and rude staff/front desk. Dr Elfassy, if you see this, fire that rude woman immediately. If you have mote than one, then it’s the one that manages your appointments.
Had my referral for a week, didn't call. Followed up with office who said they'd call by EOD. Didn't call. Only finally called when family doctor cancelled. Extremely unprofessional, poor communication.
Dr. Elfassy was great! Very friendly, soft spoken, made me feel very comfortable and the procedure was incredibly fast. Thank you so much!
