Dr. Sam is a consummate professional, the compassionate and knowledgeable urology specialist who continues to treat my BPH, using all medical treatment alternatives before resorting to TURP procedure. I am extremely satisfied with his compassion and attention to detail.

I have been seeing Dr. Chawla for over ten years relating to bladder cancer. He performed two surgical procedures on me last year relating to bladder and prostrate cancer. So far the cancer has not been present. I am still under BCG procedures and it is working.

I visited Dr. Chawla twice. I initially went in because prostate concerns (pain, pee issues, etc). He listened the first time and said it is likely posthitis. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I was like cool, but was surprised when there wasn't a physical exam. He prescribed some meds and we scheduled a follow up. On the follow up, he was much more distracted and wanted to prescribe more meds (as the issue had not left). Again, no exam or detailed questions about the issue. Dr. Chawla took over my care after I was admitted to the hospital with a severely enlarged prostate and bladder. He performed a TURP procedure, and the beneficial results were immediate.
