This doctors office never answers the phone or it always has a busy signal. How is anyone supposed to make an appointment?
Doctor is very unprofessional
Customer service skills lack at this practice. There is no adequate system in place for diagnostic follow up. I had a CT done that resulted and the office will not schedule a follow up appointment stating I have to wait until doc returns next Wed to ask him about results first. Wth is going on I am the patient and if tables were turned he would want his results without delay.
