Doctor is very unprofessional
Customer service skills lack at this practice. There is no adequate system in place for diagnostic follow up. I had a CT done that resulted and the office will not schedule a follow up appointment stating I have to wait until doc returns next Wed to ask him about results first. Wth is going on I am the patient and if tables were turned he would want his results without delay.
