I was told my procedure would take up to five hours and he was done in under 20 mins. I’m allergic to dissolving stitches so he used a running stitch and did horrible work. Being referred to a plastic surgeon now cause he bitched my face. It’s infected. His bedside manner was poor. He’s not well spoken and rough for no reason. This is my fave and now I worry I’ll lose my cheek from it. I’m thinking of seeking legal counsel.
There is a chaos in this office. 16 days passed from receiving referral letter, I still could not make an appointment with them after 5 calls. I even faxed the referral letter myself with confirmation, but they asked me to take the letter to their office to make an appointment. They keep saying they haven't received my referral letter. I had to asked my primary Doctor to refer me to different Doctor. It seems staff are incompetent.
