I’m surprised this office has so many great reviews. While the doctor himself was excellent, my overall experience has been frustrating. I was told it would take about 7 days to get authorization for a knee MRI, but it’s now been 5 weeks with no progress. I’ve received a notice from my insurance company stating they are waiting on information from the doctor. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone at the office.
