I called this office to cancel an appointment and the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! how can you get care if the first contact you have is someone that is really rude? I do not recommend!!
Warning! Like so many others, this hospital and it's doctors no longer treat pain unless you're one of the fortunate few or part of the elite. I'm sure they get whatever they need. If you're in pain, they don't believe you or even care and you're treated rudely with suspicion as if you're a criminal. They'll generously offer Tylenol, which I guess is standard now. Beware and be prepared to suffer!
Dr Kupperman took care of my carpal tunnel . Avoided surgery. My only complaint is speaking to a receptionist not the message taker who never delivers my message to set up an appointment Just text messages that keep saying if it's an emergency go to the hospital. I needed to cancel my appointment bexcause I was in the emergency room and had an appointment with my cardiologist. the next day. I'm 92 and can handle some of the new technology but is it so hard to have someone answer the phone. Or give me a dufferent phone ... read more
I was suffering from extreme pain in my left leg and hip. I was given ultrasound and never given the results. Also, I needed attention immediate` attention as the needle in my arm was causing paralysis to my finger. Although I was five steps from the` nursing station none of the five nurses would acknowledge my calls for help. I proceeded to remove the needle myself.
I arrived, was told Dr Hutchinson was on time; then had X-rays and then was taken to an exam room and answered questions. 10 minutes later I was told Dr Hutchinson "had an emergency" and I could be rescheduled. This doctor and this practice is so rackety and unprofessional that I would rather eat glass than go back. Badly done, Hutchinson. Badly done.
I visited Dr. Meller for a urinary issue. During my appointment, he asked me inappropriate sexual questions that made me feel uncomfortable and did not seem at all necessary for diagnosis or treatment. Then, he proceeded to tell me that my symptoms were "impossible" and that what I was experiencing couldn't be happening. I left the doctor feeling very uncomfortable and with no resolutions. After seeing a different doctor, I was diagnosed at the first visit and am now being treated.
I am the son of James Talbot, a patient of yours at The Californian Nursing home from 8/15/23 – 9/3/23. I am writing for two reasons, to tell you how wrong you were about him, and to ask you to be better. My dad’s stay at the Nursing Home was tough for him as it is for all in that situation. But luckily one of my siblings/his kids was with him virtually everyday he was there. One thing we observed ourselves and heard consistently from my dad was how terrible you were. Your rare visits were short, you never made eye con... read more
Be aware: I have never been so mistreated by a doctor's office in my life. The girls at the front desk do not answer their phones. I was running late and I tried to call and no one answered the phone. Then when I got there, after trying to call, I had to reschedule because they do not take late arrivals at all (even a minute). So, after driving all that way and no one responding, I had to leave. I didn't realize that because nowhere does it post that information. Since then, they are slow to respond to any requests. Their at... read more
The process of getting into the ER feels like being booked for jail. It is a strange feeling, almost as if you are shamed for being there. My doctor was lovely, everyone else was not. The PCT that took me to get my CT threw the remote on me when I said I didn’t want to get up, I was in so much pain I just wanted him to roll the bed. It really seemed to irritate him to have to roll the bed. He was young and blonde and tan. People are having one of their worst days when they go to the ER. I don’t expect lavish treatment but p... read more
