Dr Salvador Recio office and staff are the worst!!! They lied about a referral to the Lymphedema clinic , when they send in person , someone about the referral!!! They are very unprofessional and lied many times we waited MONTHS!!! The worst place ever, the doctor did not care about the patient’s health either
VERY UNPROFFESIONAL DR. OFFICE!!! Dr. Lori Roman is the reason I will never come back to this office again. She was not friendly.. at all. The reason I’m never coming back though is, she forgot about me!!! I mean FORGOT ABOUT ME. She told me to wait in the room while she checked to see if they received my pre authorization forms from my pharmacy. I waited in the room for almost an hour for her to come back. A very unprofessional Dr office, I had my insurance call them to tell them I didn't have a copay and even the insurance lady said they were rude and unprofessional. I went into the office one day to get my blood work results and they couldn't find them, so I had to go back the next week to get the results, causing me to miss two days of work. They don't care about how people are feeling, very cold and careless, they have no intentions of helping me, that place is a joke
Had an appointment scheduled for 11:45am today, but wasn't seen until 1:20pm. Hence, we left between 3:30 and 4pm. We were at the doctor's office for nearly half the work day because the doctor was "running behind". They clearly don't honor or respect their patient's time.
