Their office staff and billing leave a lot to be desired. After being a patient for close to 30 years and the staff getting steadily worse, constantly having to battle billing and insurance (coding issues on their part), struggling to get appointments with an actual doctor vs PA I had to cut ties and switch to a different provider. Trash, don't go. None of the staff listen, hang up everytime. Don't listen to patient. The only good person, PA Kelley has left. Absolute garbage.
they don’t pick up the phone, other doctor offices cant reach them for referrals. Literally have to drive almost 30 mins to ask simple questions. Everything else is good though everyone is nice.
I've been waiting too long, I've been here for almost an hour and they're still telling me it will be another 15 minutes. It's just an annual check-up, why does it take so long? It's always the same.
