I currently going through a medical predicament and I am in desperate need of psychiatric help. My insurance recommended this doctors office but I have not been able to get a hold of anyone today. I have called 8 times today and each time I let the phone ring for minutes until it hangs up on its own. I don’t know why this place is recommended but I will try calling one more time before I look somewhere else…. Based on this alone I will not recommend even if they do see me…. Dr. De Leon has been very helpful . No complaints. His receptionists have been less than helpful. They do not answer calls or return messages. I don't even think they have the phones on as I have never heard a phone ring while in the office. They also did not inform patients of their new phone number when they moved. If you want to contact the office, you're better off walking in than trying to call. Deleting one star for this reason, though I could delete many more.
Call for months never had a call back or appointment. Even people ask for help they ignore until something happens and all say if only smh
They don't answer there phone or call people back and drop u with out a notice. worse receptionist wouldn't even talk to my insurance provider because it was on my phone and wouldn't answer the phone in the office 4 them.
