Dr Gales took his time with my 93 year old mother. Explained everything as he was doing his work. Unfortunately the Medicare insurance did not cover her treatments, so he worked out an amiable payment arrangement. He said unfortunately in today's society everyone wants to sue you for any little thing. And the medical professionals are very cautious in whatever they do since the liability insurance and other mandatory regulations prohibit them from being as free caring as in the Old Days. Awful experience. I’m not sure if the person who I spoke with was the dentist or hygienist. (The receptionist is a bit rude as well, really just useless to be honest). #1 his teeth were filthy. #2 he couldn’t find my insurance and made a weird huge deal about it. He practically shoved papers at me when I requested them to take elsewhere. He also had no other insight as to what I could do. Discriminated against my autistic brother and didn’t even try to do the x-rays and said if he new he was autistic he wouldn't have booked the appointment. He is a disgusting man and doesn’t deserve his job.
My mother went in there this week with my special needs brother who has autism. My brother was struggling to open his mouth and immediately dr Salvador didn’t want to continue care just because of that. He then rudely told her that he wouldn’t have administered care to my brother if he had know my brother was disabled. He then refused to create a referral for a dentist could work with disabled people. This is discrimination against those with disabilities. It’s illegal and morally corrupt.
