Just had my first appointment. Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. Building was very clean. Triage nurse was friendly and professional. Dr. Saeed listened to my responses to every question asked and asked for further details when needed. Explained tests and procedures he wants done. Expressed empathy about the lack of treatment I have been experiencing in regards to an autoimmune disorder I have and explained common neurological issues associated with the disorder. I went to this dr. with very obvious symptoms of ms. I had mris showing multiple lesions throughout CNS. He totally dismissed all of the signs and symptoms and told me I needed to have weight loss surgery. Diagnosed me with migraines and no further treatment or monitoring even with positive mri for lesions. I went years with debilitating symptoms and of course unchecked inflammation and demyelination from lack of appropriate treatment. The initial visit was on June 16th. Was put on Tecfedera and told they were putting the order in expect a phone call within the week. I waited no call, called them several times finally I get a call on July 9th the doctor just put the order in on the 7th of July and not for the meds we discussed (Tecfidera) for Vumerity which I was very upset that he would change the meds and not even talk it over with me at all.
