we love dr chen. she has been our boys pediatrician since we moved to florida 9 years ago. we moved from boca to parkland, but continue to come to her because of her caring manner and connection with our boys.
Visit went well. Addressed all concerns.
HORRIBLE!! I would give her -5 if I could. DO NOT EVER bring your child to her. She is rude and ignorant. We brought our 12 year old son to her back in March. He was having bad headaches, was very lethargic and constantly sleepy. She told us that he's perfectly ok and told him to drink more water. She "brushed me off" and totally ignored my demands for further tests. Two monts later, my son ended up on ER where they discovered a large brain tumor.
Terrible bedside manner. Comes into room with no greeting at all and doesn't explain what she's doing. Rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed when I asked her a question. This type of person should not be a doctor let alone a pediatrician. She seemed extremely unhappy with her job.
Dr. Chen-Hynes is a amazing person, amazing ,caring, wonderful doctor! Always there for us!
