Was a patient for 5 years, went to see Dr.Hamid as my life started falling apart and had been spiralling in capable of keeping routine, follow wing thru, unable to keep appointments or get there on time etc, which then affects my job and life and children’s lives. I went into my appointment with Dr. Hamid feeling hopeful and left feeling significantly more hopeless. His more than 35 years of experience initially gave me confidence that I would receive thoughtful guidance and a meaningful assessment. Unfortunately, I experienced his approach as dismissive, condescending, and more focused on asserting his expertise than understanding why I was seeking help. Treated me very well until my daughter passed away. Then decided I didn't need help anymore, which is so untrue. I have tried to get my file for my current doctor with no success. Would just like my file now and will stick with my family doctor. I have always wondered why I no longer needed his care after my daughter passed. That statement really left me empty and more sad than ever, as he had been very supportive of my care up until that time.
Hamid is absolutely disgusting. Went in for anxiety and got blamed for my sexual assault, framing it as it’s a payment for past sins, insane. He needs his licence taken away immediately! Not only is this unethical, it’s medically and morally wrong. He also said ADHD is a stupid diagnosis and doesn’t believe it’s real! Be prepared to have your license taken away!
