Very good doctor, highly recommended,
I've had an incredibly long and difficult mental health journey so believe me when I tell you that out of all my previous psychiatrists Dr. Selek has been the only one to truly listen. I feel like I'm actually in control of my own mental healthcare for the first time. My previous psychiatrists would pick and choose what meds they wanted me to take and I didn't have a voice.
