Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
