We can’t thank Dr. Jacob and his team enough for their nonstop hard work, dedication, and support during the emotional rollercoaster of fertility treatments. We are now the proud parents of 3 month old, happy and healthy boy/girl twins. I am not his patient but I am the Mother of one of his patients. I have went to every office visit with my Daughter. I was very impressed with how he took the time to explain and answer our questions. Very understanding and very supportive. Before my daughters egg retrieval they asked if she would like for them to pray. She did and said that was the most personable touch she could have experienced through a doctor. Thank you Doctor Jacobs and staff. Staff is wonderful.
Dr. Saji Jacob did my laparoscopic surgery this past November, he did a great/Thorough job! It was an intense surgery, I have stage 4 endometriosis, an endo mass was removed and my fallopian tubes were removed. My recovery went smooth and the recovery was a breeze compared to my surgeries in the past. The staff at his office are super professional and friendly! I will start the process of harvesting eggs in January and all my future appointments are made!
I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Jacob and because of the type of procedure I was very nervous about the procedure as well as post procedure affects. Dr. Jacob was very professional in explaining the procedure along with the expected results which so far all have been correct, my procedure went well and my recovery was really good. Additionally, I want to say he has an awesome team Ashley and Michelle did an awesome job coaching me during my recovery assuring me that everything was ok.
Very knowledgeable and courteous
My wife and I used Dr. Jacob for surgery we would not recommend him. He is hateful, condescending and less than willing to answer questions. My wife also developed a post op infection. It also took him over 8 hours to call us back once we became concerned about infection. Due to it being a weekend we used the on call number. When he returned our phone call he didn’t ask any questions and told us everything was fine and not to worry. Our PCP was the one who helped us and got her infection under
Dr. Jabob and his staff "Ashley" are the best. If it wasnt for them i would have never gotten pregnant or had my daughter. Dr. Jacob finds the root cause of the problem and never does anything unnecessary or that isnt needed.
I strongly question Saji's credentials. His patient care and courtesy skills are non-existent. He was extremely arrogant and literally laughed when I mentioned wholistic based cures and preventive maintenance for uterine fibroids. During the consultation he was looking at his watch as is he was ready to go and I was wasting his time. After over a month, I had to finally call the office to request my lab results. Sensitivity and genuine concern are needed when addressing fertility matters.
Dr. Jacobs was recommended by my OBGYN I have Fibroids and needed to have them removed. His bed side manner is TERRIBLE, he laughed when telling him about possible alternative treatments after surgery and kept pushing IVF. Every visit I left angry and frustrated. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, and his staff, except for the office manager change every visit.
