Dr. Saira Jamal has been my PCP for many years. During the impassable road conditions yesterday January 27, 2026, she was providing virtual visits to her patients. Since she's gone in with Texas Health, we can't get prescriptions refilled. The office puts us on hold & never picks up. If this is the kind of Health care they're going to provide, we're going somewhere else.
