Dr. Bilal is a very experienced rheumatologist with a wonderful, caring staff. I would highly recommend her. We have had a difficult time with the insurance coverage which has been very stressful. I have to PRAISE the incredible staff of Dr. Bilal, not only did they take the time to listen to the stress we were feeling; but took the time to address our concerns in a very respectful & professional manner. I have R.A. and osteoarthritis. I am delighted with the service and care I receive from Dr. S. Bilal and her staff. From the front desk, to the tech, and medical staff, the focus and customer service is professional and friendly. And Dr. Bilal is top-notch. She is caring, attentive, kind and knowledgeable. She's a hero. Couldn't get any better.

The front-desk staff and the nurse were careless, unresponsive, and difficult to reach when mistakes were made. There was a lack of professionalism and respect toward patients. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before choosing this office.
