I had an appointment with Dr. Saira Bilal at the Arthritis Clinic of Northern Virginia, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. The front-desk staff and the nurse were careless, unresponsive, and difficult to reach when mistakes were made. There was a lack of professionalism and respect toward patients. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest thinking twice before choosing this office.
Everyone in this practice, from the front desk to the doctor are exceptional. I have been coming since 2000 and have NEVER had an issue or a complaint. Jacqui
