I had an online appointment with Dr Ritu Saini. And doctor prescribed me a medicine and I had a issue with medicine. I called customer service many times and many days they never helped me out. Just told me to wait for 1 week. I again called then they again told me to wait another 1 week. Again and again I called them still got same reply. I don’t recommend Dr Ritu Saini because of the customer service
Wish I would’ve seen these reviews before going there same experience as the others awful. Wrong address no doctors name on the door kept waiting for over an hour and then another half hour for the doctor to come in after seeing the assistant first I won’t use again
