Called to make an appointment for my mother , a female answered the phone Saying hello … I said is this the derm Office ….( Very unprofessional to answer the phone saying hello when it’s a business) ……I asked her name and she flipped on me asking me why am I asking her name and her name isn’t my business - (her names RAVINA), after screaming at me… I asked if I can talk to someone else so I can make the appointment because her phone etiquette was absolutely disgusting …. Recommended dermatologist office very helpful. My daughter is a patient there and the dermatologist gave her the right medication and it works Perfect thank you again to the doctor and staff.

Ive been here a few times and I’ve always been very satisfied with the attention and care I got. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
I had an online appointment with Dr Ritu Saini. And doctor prescribed me a medicine and I had a issue with medicine. I called customer service many times and many days they never helped me out. Just told me to wait for 1 week. I again called then they again told me to wait another 1 week. Again and again I called them still got same reply. I don’t recommend Dr Ritu Saini because of the customer service
