This guy does not know what he is doing as in the last review he put a fistula in my daughter and damaged her nerves. Another hospital had to take out the staples and now another surgery has to be done to take it out and put it in the correction location. His office does not answer the phone or return calls. He has not heard last from this mother. The scar on my daughter arm is beyond visually ridiculous.

Worst experience in my life! So first of all, we have our consultation and I had an AV fistula removed supposedly. We agreed on litigation and removal. I even signed paperwork that stated both of these. I signed it. I woke up now. I have a blood clot and severe pain in the upper left shoulder because he didn’t do his job right. I will be reporting him to Medicaid for fraud. If in fact, he did charge Medicaid for a removal because he did not do what he said he was gonna do. I left two messages and called multiple times the past few days. He was recommended by a close friend.. I can’t even get a response from this office! Not professional at all. It’s impossible to even get a human to answer the phone. If they don’t answer the phone to even make an appointment what kind of care could I expect if I did see them???

Terrible situation, my Dad got a clot in his leg and let it go too long. Dr Kottapalli did all that was humanly possible to save my dad’s leg, but was unable to do so. He was kind and compassionate and really helped my parents through this horrible time
