My husband first visit was very disappointing, all you can hear is the girls in the office laughing and playing being unprofessional. The girls left my husband there sitting and they forgot about him to make his appointment and had him sitting there while they were on their phones laughing and chatting. I am beyond frustrated! The office failed to get a pre-authorization for my husbands visit so he paid their estimated cost. The insurance claim showed he was overcharged $284.10. This visit was Sept 2024 and I have been seeking reimbursement for at least 3 months. Today I finally got a check from them for 236.60. They refused to reimburse the full amount due to a visit I had(which was after his visit), even thought they called my insurance and know they are getting paid the full amount for my visit.
