I am beyond frustrated! The office failed to get a pre-authorization for my husbands visit so he paid their estimated cost. The insurance claim showed he was overcharged $284.10. This visit was Sept 2024 and I have been seeking reimbursement for at least 3 months. Today I finally got a check from them for 236.60. They refused to reimburse the full amount due to a visit I had(which was after his visit), even thought they called my insurance and know they are getting paid the full amount for my visit.
