The worst experience ever, they are not doing the quimo because the old insurance is showing as primary in my insurance called my insurance and they gave me the fax and number for them to send the order to be approved but they just don't want to do it. Not willing to send the fax, just waiting 2 weeks for the other insurance to not show... just discussing. My daughter was going to have a Quimotherapy in that place, and just because they nave to fax the insurance company to fix a detail, they suspended the treatment. Daniela has a stage 4 cancer and her life is depending on treatment. But for this institution her life depends on a “fax” and on the habilty of a secretary to send a fax or make a phone call. This is not right, what’s going on with the medical honor and emphaty ??? People must know what’s going on with these “health institution” … wrong .. very wrong ..
Just wanted to leave a review for Dr Kalmadi. I can not stress enough how kind and understanding she is. She goes above and beyond to make me comfortable, i never feel rushed when i see her, and she is extremely knowledgeable. I am currently seeing Dr Kalmadi for adjuvant chemotherapy and am on a CAPOX (aka XELOX) regiment for 3 mos following my colon cancer surgery and removal of a small tumor (Stage II).
